Where are you located?


I travel, a lot. Honestly, I’m not in the same place for more than a month unless it’s during the school year then I will be in Auburn, AL. If you are inquiring about in person training, fill out one of the forms on my website and specify your request in the message box. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.




What is the 28-day challenge?


The 28-day challenge is a digital construct composed of a 4-week adjustable workout plan paired with a detailed nutrition guide (all made from scratch) that is designed to cater to all fitness levels. It is easy to comprehend, adjustable, not too lengthy, and its ultimate goal is to promote a better, healthier lifestyle. You will come out of this challenge not only looking better, but also feeling GREAT! It is all ONLINE, meaning you can participate no matter where you are in the world.




Is there a way to slim down just a little while gaining at the same time?


Yes! But keep in mind that spot reducing is a myth, you cannot control where your body loses fat. Your body decides where it will decrease fat depositories, but don’t worry, whatever you break down can be built back up the right way!




I have “bad knees,” do you think your plans will be too strenuous on my knees?


Here are some quotes from my clients: o “I had two knee surgeries and I was able to do it. (The) workouts aren’t really that hard on your knees.” – Kari o “I had 4 reconstructive ankle surgeries and the workouts aren’t that bad. I wear my brace. So maybe (you) should get a brace for protection.” – Lauren So, as you can see, my plans shouldn’t be too strenuous on your joints but if you are still hesitant, try opting for my custom workout plan. That way, I will be able to suggest workouts that are very low impact.
